Mr Lopez is a very nice honest contractor. He came over the week end because that was the time convenient for me, he listened to what I wanted to have done, he examines the status of the walls and ceilings I wanted repaired and painted, he measured especially the height because mine was 21 feet, he assessed whether the tight space in the kitchen allowed for scaffold or a high ladder, he promised he would get back to me with an estimate within 4 days, which he did and was extremely reasonable. Along with his crew they performed remarkably well, covered everything with plastic, cleaned up and did more than we had agreed upon as I kept adding as he went along. I was so impressed that I asked him to do some repairs on my hardwood steps that another company declined because the job was not big enough. His crew performed the job with the same professionalism, cleanliness and did a remarkable job of a messy situation.
Since, I have called him five times to come back and do more jobs both inside and outside. His performance is really top notch, he does more than agreed upon and most importantly is very reasonably priced.
No hesitation whatsoever in recommending him.

I am very pleased with all of the work Vinicio has done on our home. We had a significant amount of drywall to repair in ceilings and walls from re-piping our house. He does expert quality work and the house looks brand new from the repair and re-painting. Vinicio is very professional, skilled, reliable and we will be doing more projects with him soon!
